Baby It's Cold Outside

I have been struggling enormously this year with the season change. Now I can feel it is seriously getting colder and it’s time to invest in some good knitwear.

So how do I conquer the chill? Picking up some cozy additions to my closet of course! I had a stroll through London in the past few days and found some great jumpers that I wanted to share with you.

I think Zara has always a great choice of winter jumpers and I found those oversized ones that are very snuggly and soft and match them with big scarfs. Loved them in beige and grey and they are so comfortable.

Being such a fan of Victoria Beckham, I had to get this knitted turtle neck in dark blue and white. It’s just cut so well and I love how she always adds detailing to the sleeves. It really works with jeans, skirts, leggings and you can’t go wrong with the colour.

You need beige and white this winter ! It is such a great colour and it makes me feel healthy and happy wearing off-whites during the cold months.  It’s also just so chic!

Love this Helmut Lang pullover in a thick knit and it has a great feel and cut. Works so well with jeans, all brown tones and practically anything.

Let’s talk about ponchos. I really think that you need one in your life. Ponchos are great when you don’t feel great because it just covers you all up and you look very stylish and cool.

I tried this black one from Paco Rabane and loved the details. The zip on the side can make it more sexy if you don’t wear anything heavy underneath and I loved the hi-lo feature in the front and back.

I also love the ponchos you can personalise from Lily and Bean. I have just ordered one and can’t wait to receive it. They are rather on the affordable side and really original.

I discovered this small little shop just off Sloane Square called Really Wild the other day, they have some beautiful jumpers amongst coats, boots and quite traditional looks. Found this knitted turtleneck there and fell in love with it.  The quality is beautiful.

I’m always cold in the winter and basically live in sweaters so sometimes a piece with a twist is fun and stylish. Love the big sleeves and colour design on this one from Rejinapyo.

It’s not a jumper but I just discovered Kujten on Kings Road and fell in love with this ultra soft jacket. It’s perfect for cold winter days ! Also works in front of a good Netflix evening at home. I loved their entire collection and will certainly get one of their pullovers.
