Misela - Not Your Average Goyard Bag
I was looking for a practical summer Tote bag the other day without spending a fortune and it needed to be practical for travel and for sure not fragile.
Those who know me know that I don’t treat my handbags very well and I hate to change them every day. I was looking around at all the brands but nothing really ticked my boxes until I passed in front of Misela on Mount Street. A brand that recently opened in London.

The boutique looked so beautiful with its tasteful interior that I had to just go in. Mmmm there I had found something that really caught my eye.
“Well it’s not like Goyard.”
Tote bags, travel bags, cosmetic bags all with the same pattern but you can choose your colours and customise them with your initials. You would say “oh it’s sort of like Goyard, only two stores further”...
Well it’s not like Goyard.
Misela was founded by the lovely Serra Türker who does all her designs and creations herself. She also designed her shop herself in the most tasteful way and her staff is far more kind and helpful then two stores further down.
The evening pouches are stunning as well and I love the collection she did in collaboration with Tohum Design for this summer. I got a beautiful golden pouch that I wear in the evening dressed up or dressed down during the day even.
It’s definitely worth a visit and good ideas for gifts.
