My Fave Eggs On Toast In Town
If you like eggs on toast as much as I do and you fancy breakfast over lunch then this blog is for you.
I’m always on a mission to discover new brunch and breakfast places and I picked some of my favourites at the moment.
Liv restaurant
Liv is new in Chelsea, they have recently opened on Holbein Place. It comes handy that they are so close to my home and serve one of my favourite toasts.
Chef Damien Monley is all about the fresh produce and the taste. The avocado and tomato bruschetta with feta, fresh mint, sumac dressing and two poached eggs is to die for. I’m a sourdough lover and theirs is so crispy, it’s insane.
The staff is very nice, efficient and very welcoming. The place is simple in its decor and personally I like it a little more cosy and colourful but that really is a personal opinion.
The menu is different at night and worthwhile trying.

The Sloane Street Deli
This new café/restaurant/takeaway is right smack on Sloane Street, just steps away from Sloane Square tube station. I love this place as every day the salads change and from breakfast through lunch and afternoon tea you can just sit there all day.
This place is super bright and if you can catch the tables at the window in the corner you have THE spot with a view on what’s happening on Sloane Street.
The avocado, tomato and spiced buckwheat tartine with poached eggs tastes like heaven and is just so light.
If you don’t have enough with that, there a plenty of salads at the bar and a wide selection of pastries and a daily lunch menu.
…half through the tart.
I have been many times since the opening and never had a disappointment....it’s quite packed all day long so that’s a good sign, isn’t it ?
For reservations, please contact Sloane Street Deli.
Soho Hotel
So this one is not eggs on toast but recently I had brunch at The Soho Hotel in Soho and opted for a white omelette with feta and grilled peppers.
…well they didn’t reveal.
The Soho Hotel London is part of Firmdale Hotels. The interior design has been done by the famous Kit Kemp who I absolutely admire. Most probably one of the cosiest places to hang out for brunch or breakfast as the vibe is just all #whatsarahloves.
It’s not only about the great brunch but also a great place to stay overnight and hang out at the bar in the evening. The afternoon tea is quite an experience as well.
The service was very kind but it’s definately not on the cheap side for an egg kind of breskfast.
For reservations, please contact The Soho Hotel.
Would love to hear your favourite places for eggs on toast.
